What we receive

To reply to you, prepare a price and, if you go ahead, provide the service. We don’t sell data or send advertising.
Hosting
The site is hosted by [fornecedor de alojamento], which may record technical details of each visit, such as the IP address, to keep the site running. We don’t use those records to profile visitors.
How long
We keep messages for as long as your request needs them, and invoicing records for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by writing to [e-mail de contacto]. You can also complain to Portugal’s data authority, the CNPD, at cnpd.pt.
When we work for you
If you sign up for a service with remote access, the data-processing terms are written into the contract, and you can switch that access off at any time.
